Before you login to DeckAutomation, you need to prepare a few things. There are two short videos provided in the document to help you get started: A Short Introduction to DeckAutomation and Prepare Your Template – DeckAutomation.
Go to app.deckautomation.com and sign in with your Google account. Go to ‘Templates’ in the left menu and click ‘Create Template’ to create your first template. The first time you use the system, you need to authorize DeckAutomation to access your Google presentations. Click ‘Authorize Google services’, and select the account that you used before.
Upload your template to get started with DeckAutomation. There is a video provided in the document to guide you through the process: Upload your template to get started with DeckAutomation. Note that using placeholders to import data from Google Sheets is not a requirement to use DeckAutomation.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you to DeckAutomation with respect to the app shall remain the sole and exclusive property of DeckAutomation. DeckAutomation shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.
DeckAutomation uses “Cookies” to identify the areas of its website that you have visited. Cookies are used to enhance the performance and functionality of the app but are non-essential to their use. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of Cookies. However, if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on the website correctly or at all.
If you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data, or proposals, you agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of DeckAutomation without any compensation or credit to you whatsoever.

DeckAutomation collects personal information such as name, username, and email addresses when you visit their app, register on their site, place an order, subscribe to their newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. This information is used to personalize your experience, improve the app, customer service, process transactions, administer contests, promotions, surveys, and send periodic emails.
DeckAutomation may display, include, or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services. However, DeckAutomation is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof.
DeckAutomation implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, while they use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, they cannot guarantee its absolute security.
DeckAutomation is committed to helping its customers meet the data subject rights requirements of GDPR. They process or store all personal data in fully vetted, DPA-compliant vendors and do not hold personal data longer than necessary to fulfill its purpose.
Customers have the right to request the restriction of certain uses and disclosures of personally identifiable information. They can contact DeckAutomation to update or correct their personally identifiable information, change their preferences with respect to communications and other information they receive from DeckAutomation, or delete the personally identifiable information maintained about them on DeckAutomation’s systems.
